Responsibilities

Scope of Work

 

The Administrative Manager provides high-level administrative support to the location Operations Manager, performing a variety of administrative duties and skilled tasks as assigned, which includes assisting in the administration of projects and the management of the location office.

 

Responsibilities

 

Responsible for assisting operations in the planning and execution of projects, as well the administration of the location office, including the scheduling of business activities, preparation of various documents, management of telephone and email correspondence, conducting research for special projects, and various other responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

Education:  High school/college graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.

 

Experience:  Strong executive administrative, organization, computer, and communication skills.
